2012 and we are back, a small turn out for the first meeting of the year, mind you the weather was bad, so thank you to all the members who came.
Once again we start the new year with high hopes, let me explain.
Through out this next year it is our intentions to again help the community by rebuilding and up grading old computers, this of course could not take place without the kind generosity of our local business and the local community donating their old ones.
The computers etc, are then distributed to local disadvantaged groups or people, from the clubs perspective the members who would like to know more about how a computer works have a hands on opportunity to rebuild one. After all there’s nothing like getting your hands dirty as they say.
As for the rest of the members, they will still go on improving their knowledge in the field of their choice, no that does not mean we’ve put them out to grass.
We will keep all you lovely viewers out there up to date with how things are going within the St.Helens Computer Club.
